Instore Team Member. A great opportunity to join the world’s largest pizza delivery company, a place where winning, service, quality and relationships are values that underpin all that we do. Pay per hour is dependent on age and experience. The Instore Team Member role involves producing high quality pizzas and side items to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain brand image.

Responsibilities
- Pizza Making: Produce all pizza bases to the desired standard from dough to toppings and the end product. Ensure orders are prepared in a timely manner, aiming for oven readiness in under 3 minutes and following HTA standards.
- Food Hygiene: Maintain a high level of personal hygiene and comply with uniform and grooming standards. Hold a Level 2 (or higher) food hygiene certificate (to be completed as part of training).
- Safety & Security: Observe health and safety rules and adhere to safety and security guidelines.
- Teamwork: Support colleagues during slower periods and contribute to store operations beyond your primary role, including distributing leaflets and attending local events as part of store marketing. Pursue personal development and training.
Qualifications
- Able to work quickly and hustle during busy periods.
- Able to learn and understand pizza codes to produce correct products.
- Knowledgeable about food safety and how it can affect the business.
