Global Marketing Campaigns Specialist in Cambridge

Cambridge Full-Time On-site

About the role

We're looking for a hands-on Global Marketing Campaigns Specialist to plan, launch, and optimise integrated, digitally focused campaigns that build awareness and consideration of the Domino brand among manufacturers worldwide.

Reporting to the Head of Brand, PR & Social, you'll enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid working arrangement, working primarily from home while remaining connected to the team through occasional visits to our Bar Hill, Cambridge office. This is a full-time, permanent position.

This is a delivery role. You'll take campaigns from concept and budget through to briefing, build, launch, performance review, and optimisation. You'll work with our in-house specialists in digital, social media, and PR, as well as agencies.

Your radar will include:

  • AI-powered search and LLM advertising: how tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google's AI Overviews are changing the way buyers research, and how brands can show up in them.
  • Communities such as Reddit: where engineers, operations managers and packaging professionals swap honest recommendations.
  • Trade media and industry associations: the publications, events and bodies our customers follow and trust.
  • You'll bring fresh ideas about where our prospective customers do their research, and how we can earn their attention there.
  • You'll work closely with the Head of Brand, PR and Social and the wider team to shape and run our annual campaign programme.
  • You'll be the kind of person who checks the UTM parameters, the translated headline and the landing page link before anything goes live.
  • Working with international teams to bring campaigns and PR content to life across multiple markets and languages.

Key responsibilities

  • Developing, launching, and managing integrated campaigns across digital, paid media, and social channels, supporting the buyer's journey from awareness through to consideration.
  • Directing paid digital activity across Google Ads, Microsoft (Bing) Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, remarketing and key trade publications and associations. You'll set targeting, budgets and KPIs, and optimise performance throughout each campaign. You won't build campaigns yourself, but you'll know enough to brief agencies and in-house specialists thoroughly and challenge them confidently.
  • Setting clear targets for awareness, engagement, and website traffic, and tracking results using analytics tools including Piwik PRO.
  • Produce regular campaign reports that communicate key insights and recommendations to both marketing colleagues and senior business stakeholders.
  • Writing clear creative briefs and managing agencies and in-house resources to deliver high-quality, on-brand work on time and on budget.
  • Maintaining the monthly marketing calendar and managing campaign budgets.
  • Manage the localisation of campaign and PR content with the PR Manager and translation agency, ensuring content is published accurately and on time across global markets.
  • Explore new platforms, communities and technologies, keeping the business informed and helping us reach customers where they research, learn and make decisions.
  • Occasional international travel may be required.

About you

Domino values diversity and is an equal opportunity employer. We welcome applications from all candidates; however, only those eligible to work in the UK without the need for additional immigration documentation will be considered for this position.

You'll have:

  • Proven experience delivering multi-channel B2B campaigns end to end, ideally in technology, hardware or manufacturing.
  • Strong working knowledge of paid campaigns in Google Ads, Microsoft (Bing) Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, remarketing, key trade publications and associations and other platforms, including audience targeting and remarketing, with the confidence to brief and challenge.
  • Confident use of Piwik PRO and Google Data Studio to measure performance and make data-led decisions.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, with a track record of accurate, error-free output.
  • Strong creative briefing and agency management skills.
  • Budget management experience.
  • Excellent organisation and the ability to prioritise a busy, deadline-driven workload.
  • The ability to engage and influence at all levels, including explaining campaign objectives to non-marketing audiences.

Desirable

  • CIM Diploma in Professional Marketing or working towards it.
  • A campaign or project management qualification.
  • International marketing experience and experience of working in a matrixed organisation.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing sectors or industrial printing, coding and marking.

What you can expect

As a talented individual working at Domino, you can expect a competitive salary and a generous benefits package, including:

  • 25 days of basic holiday, plus options to buy or sell additional days, ensuring you have ample time to relax and recharge.
  • A discretionary bonus scheme, a testament to your hard work and dedication.
  • Life insurance, providing security and peace of mind for you and your loved ones.
  • Medical insurance with the option of purchasing a health cash plan, dental insurance, travel insurance and cycle to work scheme, ensuring your health is always a top priority.
  • Join our green car scheme, a step towards a more environmentally friendly commute, with free EV charging onsite.
  • Pension plan, starting with 8% employer contributions.
