The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

To promote and support a robust SHE management system and positive SHE culture across the Domino Bar Hill site, which comprises four distinct areas with SHE considerations including dangerous and hazardous substances, work equipment and vehicles. The role will provide advice, guidance and support on a range of SHE related activities to all staff and help enhance knowledge and capability through coaching and training. The SHE Advisor must be confident in producing a range of documents for inclusion within the SHE Management system, including processes, procedures, guidance and training.

About You

  • Knowledge of DSEAR, COSHH and PUWER
  • Experience of carrying out detailed risk assessment and hazard identification exercises
  • Knowledge of the ISO 45001 standard and experience of working within a SHE Management System
  • Knowledge of performing a range of detailed inspections including SHE audits and workplace inspections
  • Experience with creating training material, writing reports, bulletins and newsletters to help to develop the site SHE culture
  • Previous experience in a SHE supervisory role desirable
