We are seeking a Group Digital Delivery Analyst to champion best-practice digital delivery frameworks, providing strategic guidance and oversight across all digital initiatives. In this role, you will be the central point of coordination, offering business leaders a clear, consolidated view of the digital delivery portfolio. This includes tracking the current digital pipeline, monitoring overall delivery health, and assessing the anticipated benefits of our digital investments.

This role focuses on portfolio-level coordination and oversight rather than the day-to-day management of individual digital projects. The hands-on management of each initiative will remain the responsibility of the respective Product Owners or Product Managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Digital Delivery Coordination
  • Conduct discovery to identify ongoing digital initiatives and develop a consolidated portfolio overview.
  • Maintain a hierarchical view of initiatives, ensuring traceability from sub-projects to broader business goals.
  • Develop and manage a data dictionary to clearly define and communicate digital delivery objectives.
  • Ensure the digital portfolio is accessible, user-friendly, and effectively supports decision-making.
  • Digital Delivery Steering Group
    • Establish and manage a Digital Delivery Steering Group to oversee initiatives.
    • Set meeting cadence, prepare agendas, and coordinate membership in consultation with senior leadership.
    • Maintain meeting schedules and distribute agendas and decisions in advance.
  • Health-Check and Benefit Assessment Frameworks
    • Develop frameworks to assess initiative health and quantify benefits.
    • Promote adoption of these frameworks across teams.
    • Maintain a benefits repository and identify key dependencies within the portfolio.
    About you
    • Degree (or equivalent) in STEM or related field, with a strong passion for database design and analytics to drive business performance.
    • Proven ability to navigate matrix organisations effectively.
    • Results-driven, self-directed, and deadline-oriented with a strong focus on deliverables.
    • Expertise in data and digital strategies, including data architecture and reporting concepts.
    • Excellent communication skills, able to engage confidently at all organisational levels.
    • Influential, adaptable team player who thrives under pressure.
    • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
    • Passionate about digital technologies and committed to continuous learning in data management and analytics.
