We are looking for an HR Operations Coordinator to join a busy and collaborative HR team based in Bar Hill, Cambridge. This is a varied role where you will play a key part in recruitment, onboarding, employee benefits, payroll support and day-to-day HR operations.

About The Role

  • Providing first-class support across the employee lifecycle, including:
    • Coordinating end-to-end recruitment, from arranging interviews to managing candidate communications and offers
    • Supporting hiring managers with recruitment campaigns, careers events and recruitment administration
    • Managing onboarding, pre-employment checks and welcoming new starters
    • Administering employee benefits and responding to benefits queries
    • Supporting payroll administration, including ADP processing and payroll-related activities
    • Maintaining accurate HR records, systems and reports
    • Working closely with the Senior HR Administrator, Remuneration & Benefits Advisor, HR Advisors, HR Business Partners and the wider HR Operations team to deliver an outstanding HR service
    • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the employee experience

About you

We Are Looking For Someone Who Has:

  • Previous experience in an HR Coordinator, HR Administrator or HR Operations role
  • Strong recruitment coordination and onboarding experience
  • Experience supporting employee benefits and/or payroll administration (ADP experience would be advantageous)
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • High attention to detail and experience maintaining HR systems
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a passion for delivering excellent customer service
  • Knowledge of GDPR and handling confidential information appropriately
