The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.

To continue to promote & support a robust SHE management system & positive SHE culture across the Domino Bar Hill site, which comprises four distinct areas each with a range of SHE considerations including hazardous substances, work equipment and vehicles. The role will provide advice, guidance & support on a range of SHE related activities to all staff and help to enhance their knowledge and capability through coaching & training. The SHE Advisor must be confident in producing a range of documents for inclusion within the SHE Management system, including process, procedure, guidance / training etc.

About you

  • Knowledge of DSEAR, COSHH and PUWER
  • Experience of carrying out detailed risk assessment and hazard identification exercises
  • Knowledge of the ISO 45001 standard and experience of working within a SHE Management System
  • Knowledge of performing a range of detailed inspections including SHE audits & workplace inspections
  • Experience with creating training material, writing reports, bulletins and newsletters to help to develop the site SHE culture
  • Previous experience in a SHE supervisory role desirable
