We are seeking an accomplished and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Domino CEO and Executive team on a 12 month FTC. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a critical role in enabling the effective day‑to‑day running of the executive agenda, acting as a trusted partner who brings organisation to the environment. You will be highly organised, resourceful and confident in managing multiple priorities with strong communication and an eye for detail. This EA role is suited to someone who enjoys working independently and anticipates, rather than waits for direction. You will bring a positive, flexible and curious mindset with a passion for organisation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a strong understanding of the CEO and Executive team’s priorities, proactively supporting day‑to‑day tasks.
  • Coordinating internal and external meetings, including virtual meetings and video conferences.
  • Handling complex travel arrangements, including visas.
  • Organising and preparing materials for key meetings; ensuring tech is ready, agendas are confirmed and pre‑reads distributed.
  • Building and owning the annual Domino strategic calendar, managing the full cycle of executive meetings, monthly board reports, distribution lists and other reporting requirements.
  • Tracking travel and expenses, processing expenses and raising purchase orders.
  • Supporting key projects and coordinating leadership events, off‑sites, conferences, travel for key visitors and major organisational events such as colleague seniority recognition.
  • Using communication and influencing skills to help develop solutions and drive efficiencies.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience supporting a CEO and/or executive team.
  • Exceptional organisational, planning, and time‑management skills.
  • Proactive, solutions‑focused self‑starter who anticipates needs and drives improvements.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable leveraging AI productivity tools such as Copilot.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
  • Adaptable and flexible, responding to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong prioritisation skills, capable of managing multiple demands simultaneously.
  • Proactive, detail‑oriented approach with a high level of accuracy.
