  • Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on customer feedback, market trends, and business needs.
  • Prioritise features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
  • Analyse product performance and customer feedback to continuously improve products and inform future iterations.
  • Drive product adoption, retention, and growth through effective go‑to‑market strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for innovation.

This role requires regular travel to an office but can be based in any Domino location, including the UK, Spain, Portugal and America.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be customer focused and results orientated; with the ambition and drive to deliver to business and roadmap commitments.

You should be comfortable communicating with technical employees and customers, hence experience in Industrial Manufacturing and Industrial Control software is desirable.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or Product Management or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in product management, preferably in software services or Saa S.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes, agile methodologies, and product lifecycle management.
  • Proven ability to manage complex products, prioritise effectively, and deliver results on time and within budget.
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with product management tools (e. g., JIRA, Asana, Trello) and analytics platforms (e. g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
  • Experience in developing Saa S concepts and strategies along with on‑prem and in‑cloud services.
