We are seeking an experienced and driven leader to take full responsibility for managing and developing our production facility. You will ensure that quality, cost, and delivery targets are consistently achieved in line with agreed KPIs, while maintaining the highest standards of safety, health, and environmental performance. This role requires a proactive and hands-on approach, focused on continuously improving operational performance in alignment with wider business and departmental objectives. You will play a pivotal role in building and developing high-performing teams, while collaborating closely with key departments such as Planning, Engineering, and Despatch to ensure smooth, efficient, and on-target operations.

To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:
- A degree-level qualification or equivalent experience within the chemical or food manufacturing industries
- Experience working with hazardous substances (knowledge of ATEX regulations would be advantageous)
- A strong SHEQ focus, with IOSH-accredited training
- A solid understanding of modern manufacturing methodologies such as Lean, Focused Improvement, and 6S (Green Belt qualification desirable)
- Strong IT proficiency, including experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP
- Excellent communication skills
- A flexible, adaptable mindset with the ability to respond effectively to changing priorities and customer demands
