We're seeking a seasoned Oracle Fusion Order Management Analyst to support our use of Oracle Fusion Cloud Technologies. The post holder will focus on the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) process. As a go-to expert in O2C you will help to ensure that our order fulfilment process is efficient, accurate, and fully leverages best practices within the Oracle Cloud environment. This role is a fixed term contract until the end of March 2028.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Fusion Order Management Modules, including OM Configurators.
  • Design and optimise O2C processes through working directly with business stakeholders in sales, logistics, and finance to analyse current processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
  • Act as a liaison, translating business needs into technical specifications and system configurations; ensuring the system supports operational goals for both Project and BAU activities.
  • Be recognised as the go‐to person / first line of support for Order Entry, Pricing and fulfilment teams, troubleshooting system issues, and working with remote teams to deliver both temporary and end‐state solutions.
  • Specifically be able to Design, Build and Configure Oracle Fusion Subscriptions processes, including the understanding of their interactions with Serially tracked Install Base Assets.
  • Provide leadership in system upgrades, patching, and performance tuning.
  • Mentor others and serve as a subject matter expert for the Order Management Module, including delivering planned and adhoc training.
  • Participate in improving and aligning processes to get the most from Oracle Fusion Financial and EPM Clouds.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless data flow between Oracle Order Management and other Oracle Cloud modules, including Inventory Management, WMS, and Accounts Receivable; including also assisting with integrating third‐party applications.
  • Participate and support project test phases as well as adhoc testing.

About you

  • Bachelor's degree: In Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Order Management module. Ideally, also with knowledge of EBS O2C processes.
  • Proven track record in manufacturing environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills relating to working with complex data sets with a process‐oriented improvement mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work across technical and business teams.
  • Ability to interact effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders, from business leaders to technical developers.
  • Oracle Cloud certification in Oracle Cloud Order Management.
  • Experience with related Oracle Supply Chain & or Finance Modules.
  • Knowledge of SQL for data querying is a significant plus.
  • Experience with Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
  • Proficiency in reporting tools like Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and BI Publisher is often expected.
