As Credit Controller for the UK Channel, you will liaise closely with the business development team, sales and customer support teams whether that is opening new credit accounts or resolving issues. Looking after a large portfolio of active accounts, you will constantly be taking steps to minimise bad debt risk and maximise sales. Communicating with customers is a key part of the role, using Microsoft Teams, telephone, and email, while also identifying opportunities to improve performance and deliver excellent service. You will be responsible for enrolling customers onto direct debit, preparing the regular payment file, and hosting debt reviews and meetings to collaborate, elevate or plan activities. You will provide information to help forecast cashflow and bad debt provision requirements for UK debtors.

With such a busy and diverse portfolio of UK credit accounts you will manage your time to spread your attention to where it is most needed and find time for continuous improvement and personal development. Your previous credit control experience and excellent customer focus will allow you to draw on skills for credit risk assessment, cash allocation, account reconciliations, and debt chasing considering the impact on the customer. You will be comfortable with using MS software to send out bulk statements and emails and undertake reporting to review account credit limits and payment terms and be able to interpret financial and credit agency data and have basic awareness of debt recovery and insolvency. An understanding of trade compliance, anti-money laundering and Japanese Sarbanes Oxley would be useful but not mandatory, as training will be provided.

As a talented individual working at Domino, you can expect a competitive salary and a generous benefits package, including:

  • 25 days of basic holiday, plus options to buy or sell additional days, ensuring you have ample time to relax and recharge.
  • A discretionary bonus scheme, a testament to your hard work and dedication.
