We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our manufacturing team as an Electro Mechanical Assembler (EMA). In this role, you’ll play a key part in producing a range of electronic and mechanical assemblies for Domino products, ensuring all work meets company quality standards and production timelines. You’ll contribute to delivering high‑quality components and a proactive service that supports both internal and external customer needs, helping maintain excellent quality and service levels. Key responsibilities

  • Manufacture a variety of electro‑mechanical assemblies in line with detailed engineering drawings and company work instructions, using a range of bonding and fixing techniques such as epoxy resins, mechanical fasteners (screws, nuts, bolts), and basic machining processes including drilling.
  • Ensure all assemblies are completed to the required quality standards, within agreed production timescales, and in compliance with company procedures.
  • Assist with the build and development of prototype units, working closely with engineering teams to support product innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Carry out initial inspection and basic testing of piece parts and sub‑assemblies used in production, ensuring any faults or deviations are identified and escalated appropriately.
  • Follow established inventory control and stock replenishment processes, helping to ensure materials are available to support uninterrupted production.
  • Maintain strict adherence to ISO standards, quality control processes, and health and safety regulations at all times.
