Key responsibilities
- Deliver small‑scale integration work, including bespoke brackets, mounts, and simple mechanical interfaces.
- Carry out site surveys, take accurate measurements, and produce installation documentation.
- Install bespoke mounting solutions and support Service Engineers during planned activities.
- Act as a technical point of contact for customers throughout assigned work.
- Maintain clear documentation and feedback issues, improvement ideas, and opportunities.
- Support service operations during peak periods, within agreed scope.
- Continuously develop your technical knowledge and customer service capability.
About you
- Electro‑mechanical apprenticeship, HNC, or equivalent experience.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with experience of measurements and engineering drawings.
