About the role

We're looking for an inspiring and commercially minded manager to join our UK Commercial team, responsible for our Strategic Business Development function. In this high-impact role, you'll work collaboratively across the business to identify emerging opportunities, develop innovative solutions, and drive sustainable growth across key sectors.

You'll play a pivotal role in understanding evolving customer needs and translating them into strategic product and service solutions across Domino's portfolio, helping to position Domino as the coding partner of choice. Guiding a talented team, you'll foster a culture of innovation, curiosity, and continuous improvement while demonstrating Domino's expertise as a world‑class provider of printing solutions and services.

This remote role provides an excellent platform for career development, giving you exposure to a broad range of commercial activities and future progression opportunities within Domino.

About you

You will be an experienced sales professional with a proven track record of driving business growth within technical or industrial environments. You will combine strong commercial awareness, relationship-building skills, and a results-focused approach. You'll have:

  • Strong ability to support, evaluate and interpret data, turning insights into meaningful business strategies.
  • Effective negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Excellent written communication skills for the development of sales tools and reporting.
  • Experience generating new business opportunities and sales leads.
  • Knowledge of printing, labelling, coding, and marking technologies.
  • Experience within industrial packaging environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience in using LinkedIn for networking, lead generation, and the promotion of the Domino brand, products, and services.
  • A curious and tenacious approach, with a focus on identifying growth opportunities.
  • The ability to balance customer needs, business objectives, and personal targets.

Domino values diversity and is an equal opportunity employer. We welcome applications from all candidates; however, only those eligible to work in the UK without the need for additional immigration documentation will be considered for this position.

What you can expect

As a talented employee working at Domino, you can expect an attractive salary and a generous benefits package, including:

  • 25 days of basic holiday, plus options to buy or sell additional days, ensuring you have ample time to relax and recharge.
  • A discretionary bonus scheme, a testament to your hard work and dedication.
  • Life insurance, providing security and peace of mind for you and your loved ones.
  • Private medical insurance with the option of purchasing a health cash plan, dental insurance, travel insurance and cycle to work scheme, ensuring your health is always a top priority.
  • Company car scheme, a step towards a more environmentally friendly commute, with free EV charging onsite.
  • Pension plan, starting with 10% employer contributions.
