About the Role

Location: This role can be based in any country that Domino has an entity, including the UK, Spain, Mexico, India and Benelux.

We’re seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Planning Analyst for a fixed-term contract until April 2027 to support our Business Transformation initiatives within our dynamic manufacturing environment.

This role is pivotal in driving digital transformation across all areas of planning and our wider business process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure, support, and enhance Oracle Fusion Order Management, including OM Configurators.
  • Optimise Order-to-Cash processes with Sales, Logistics, and Finance teams.
  • Translate business requirements into effective system solutions.
  • Provide functional support for Order Entry, Pricing, Fulfilment, and Subscription Management.
  • Lead system upgrades, patching, and performance improvements.
  • Act as the Order Management SME, providing guidance, mentoring, and training.
  • Support integration and alignment across Oracle Finance, EPM, Inventory, WMS, and Accounts Receivable.
  • Collaborate on system integrations and third-party connectivity.
  • Support testing, system enhancements, and project delivery.

About You

  • Experience with Oracle Fusion SCM Planning modules, with knowledge of comparable Oracle EBS functionality being advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Global Order Promising (GOP), including sourcing rules, ATP logic, and fulfilment processes.
  • Proven experience working in complex manufacturing and supply chain environments.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex data and identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams.

Desirable Skills

  • Oracle Cloud certification in one or more SCM Planning modules.
  • Experience with Oracle Supply Chain and/or Finance modules.
  • Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • SQL knowledge for data analysis and querying.
  • Experience using OTBI and BI Publisher reporting tools.
