- Lead Change: You’ll have the opportunity to proactively analyse and enhance Domino's business processes, making a tangible impact on our ability to sell and support our cutting-edge products. Your insights will help us improve customer service, add value to the business, and create a best-in-class CRM and Aftermarket function.
- Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with management and end-users to understand their needs and translate these into innovative system solutions. Your experience with Salesforce Lightning implementations will be key in optimising our use of Force.com and associated third-party products.
- Empower Our Teams: By identifying and implementing functionalities that empower our Sales and Service teams, you’ll play a crucial role in enhancing their ability to support our customers effectively and drive business growth.

- Strategic Thinker: You have a deep understanding of business needs and how to address them through Salesforce Lightning development, call centre integration, and advanced use of Flow.
- Tech-Savvy: With your strong knowledge of Force.com applications, data structures, and processes, you’ll be a key player in driving our technical solutions forward. Familiarity with APEX, Visualforce, and SOQL is a plus.
