Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- While a technical degree is valuable, a background in business, management, and leadership (ILM, CMI) or similar will be particularly beneficial for this role.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes is important but not essential.
- Capability in overseeing projects, including planning, executing, and managing resources, with a focus on leading teams to achieve project goals.
- Experience or training in managing change within teams or projects, demonstrating the ability to guide teams through transitions or organizational changes.
