As an Environmental Specialist within Domino’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) team, you will support the execution of our sustainability strategy and help deliver environmental initiatives that create real business value. The role contributes directly to Domino’s differentiation strategy by enabling customers on their sustainability journey while driving continuous improvement across the environmental pillar.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Development and maintenance of environmental practices, policies and processes
  • Analysis of carbon footprint calculation and delivery of carbon reduction actions
  • Environmental data collection, reporting and support for CSR reporting and EcoVadis
  • Delivery of product Life Cycle Assessments (LCAs) and identification of improvement opportunities
  • Internal education, communications and environmental training delivery

This role offers a high degree of autonomy, strong exposure to senior stakeholders, and close collaboration across the business and with Brother Group on environmental topics. This position is hybrid and can be based in the UK or India.

About you

You are a motivated sustainability professional with strong analytical and communication skills, capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Core knowledge, skills and attributes:

  • Graduate degree with CSR and environmental knowledge
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Experience in carbon accounting, environmental reporting and continuous improvement
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Salesforce, Oracle or Agile knowledge advantageous)
