About the role

The role involves daily and routine maintenance of Domino printers at customer sites to ensure maximum up-time and customer satisfaction. It is well suited for individuals looking to advance their career in industrial service and gain hands-on experience in a workplace that values hard work, integrity, customer centricity and performance. The key responsibilities include providing onsite service and customer support, studying different types of packaging machines and site readiness for printer installation, conducting onsite (online) printer trials, and delivering on-site installation & maintenance of Domino products to ensure maximum up-time and customer satisfaction. You will also meet service and spares budgets for the assigned geographical territory.

Responsibilities

  • Provide onsite service and customer support for Domino products.
  • Study different types of packaging machines and assess site readiness for printer installation.
  • Conduct onsite (online) printer trials.
  • Perform on-site installation & maintenance of Domino products to ensure maximum up-time and customer satisfaction.
  • Meet service & spares budget for the assigned geographical territory.

About you

  • Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics with at least 60% marks with 1-3 years of experience.
  • Should have own vehicle that can be used for business travel purpose.
  • Age at the time of application should not be more than 27 years.
  • Sound mental and physical health with no history of serious medical illness.
  • Strong desire for a career in field service.
  • Willingness to travel and ability to write service reports in English.
  • Fluency in the local language.
