As a Business Administration Apprentice, you will support the day-to-day operations of our Supply Chain and Materials teams while gaining valuable experience in a global manufacturing environment. Working alongside experienced professionals, you will provide administrative support, assist with material planning activities, and help ensure production and customer requirements are met.

Through a combination of practical experience and structured training, you will develop key skills in administration, communication, organisation, data management, planning, and problem-solving. You'll also study towards a Level 3 Business Administration qualification, building a strong foundation for a future career in Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, or Business Administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and administrative documentation.
  • Support purchase requisition activities and process supply chain transactions.
  • Assist with material planning by monitoring stock levels and highlighting potential shortages.
  • Update, analyse, and maintain planning and operational data within business systems.
  • Organise meetings, prepare reports, and support departmental communications.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, and other key business functions.
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the Supply Chain and Materials teams.
  • Successfully complete the Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship, including all required training and coursework.

  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while managing individual responsibilities.
  • Good IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
