We are looking for an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic radiographer to join our friendly, supportive CT team working across both Newark and Kings Mill sites. Previous CT experience is required. The role offers development and training, and covers a wide range of examinations for ED, inpatients and outpatients. 3 CT scanners are operated 7 days a week, 12 hours a day. Weekend, evening and bank holiday working, as well as crossâsite rotation, are required.
We seek candidates with a positive, proactive approach to teamwork and patient care. The start date will align with the opening of the new Community Diagnostic Centre in April 2026.

Person Specification:
Knowledge- Essential: Underpinning theory and professional knowledge acquired through diploma/degree
- Desirable: Specialist expertise, underpinned by theory and practical experience acquired through diploma/degree/post graduate study.
- Essential: DCR R or BSc(Hons Radiography postâgraduate qualification in CT
- Essential: Trained to perform IV injections
- Desirable: Ability to reconstruct images
- Essential: Significant band 5 experience, supplemented by short courses and CPD; Previous NHS experience; Supervisory experience
- Desirable: Teaching skills and significant experience of working at band 5 level in a department rotating into the CT department.
