We are excited to offer an opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Support Worker to join our team on Ward 52 – a busy and caring Health Care of the Older Person Ward that specialises in dementia care.

Ward 52 is a 24‐bed clinical area, specifically designed to be a dementia‐friendly ward offering comfort and privacy for our patients. We care for individuals with a variety of acute medical needs while managing their co‐morbidities. Understanding the fundamentals of care and supporting our patients with these, whilst encouraging physical activity and engagement, is essential to maintaining baseline functioning.

You\’ll work closely with our well‐established medical team and ward‐based multidisciplinary staff to deliver patient‐centred care. Our team fosters a supportive and collaborative culture where your contributions are valued and your professional growth is encouraged.
