The Division of Surgery, Anaesthetics & Critical Care is an integral part of Sherwood Forest Hospitals. We comprise specialist wards for colorectal, general surgery, trauma orthopaedics, elective orthopaedics, day case, adult critical care and theatres. We are a friendly team who work closely with each other offering excellent training and education opportunities. We are seeking Registered Nurses to deliver outstanding care to the community, working closely with health care support workers to deliver direct care to patients and support their relatives during their stay at Sherwood Forest Hospitals. Wards 12 will be part of the trauma unit, admitting patients with acute injuries regularly requiring surgical input. The unit is fast‑paced and busy, caring for patients pre and post‑operatively.
