As an ACP, you will be at the heart of our geriatric non-acute/rehabilitation wards, working closely with doctors, nurses, allied health professionals, and support staff. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality care as they transition from acute medical wards at Kings Mill Hospital to their homes.
You will have the autonomy to make complex clinical decisions, deliver advanced therapeutic interventions, and lead clinical practices. Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality clinical assessment, intervention, and treatment for a diverse patient population.
- Make complex clinical decisions autonomously, based on thorough assessments and diagnostic interpretations.

- Work within the Multi-professional Framework for Advanced Clinical Practice in England.

- Lead and support medical, nursing, and allied health teams, contributing to the Trust's advanced practice strategy and vision.
