This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Success Manager located in West Midlands. The Client Success Manager will oversee the successful implementation of marketing campaigns and strategies, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities include:

You will lead the day-to-day management of client relationships, build strong rapport across a diverse range of personalities, and help develop and oversee high performing digital marketing strategies. Your role is central to ensuring clients feel supported, informed, and confident in the return on investment we deliver.
You must be able to confidently assess key digital marketing metrics, navigate SEO performance, manage paid advertising strategy across Google and Meta, and understand how strong organic social media strategies work. You will be working closely with our delivery team and must be comfortable interpreting KPIs, identifying trends, and advising clients with clarity and authority.
Customer service excellence is essential. Adaptability, empathy, and the ability to communicate with impact will set you apart. You should bring a confident and composed presence, a hunger to learn, and a natural instinct for problem solving.
Innovation matters to us. An interest in AI and new technology, along with a willingness to adopt and master advanced digital tools, CRMs, spreadsheets, dashboards, and project systems, is a must.
You will also deliver training, workshops, and strategy sessions to clients, so strong presentation skills and the ability to teach with clarity and enthusiasm are important.
