At Domin, we are on a mission to transform motion control, creating systems that last longer, achieve more, and use less, for people everywhere. To achieve this, we need outstanding people who can unlock opportunities and bring our revolutionary hydraulic products to the world. We are looking for a Business Development Manager with energy, resilience, and a drive to make an impact. This is a frontline sales role, focused on building relationships, opening doors, and winning business that helps us grow and scale globally. You will report to the Sales Director and take ownership of driving new business across industries and regions. Success here isn’t just about hitting numbers, it’s about building trust, representing Domin with confidence, and helping customers see the real value in technology that changes what is possible. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on momentum: identifying opportunities, building pipelines, engaging decision-makers, and closing deals. You’ll be part of a company that is scaling fast, delivering cutting‑edge products, and building a culture we are proud of. In return, Domin offers the chance to be part of something truly transformative, with a competitive package, strong commission opportunities, and a team environment where performance, ownership, and respect define how we work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across multiple industries and geographies.
  • Build and nurture long‑term relationships with senior decision makers, positioning Domin as a trusted partner.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and engineering teams, ensuring customer needs are aligned with our vision, mission, and technical capabilities.
  • Drive growth through both direct OEM engagement and distributor partnerships.
  • Consistently deliver and exceed ambitious sales targets in the short, medium, and long term.
  • Provide market intelligence and commercial insight into the technology roadmap, ensuring our product strategy is aligned with customer demand and maximises profitability.
  • Maintain accurate, high‑quality CRM (HubSpot) data and sales forecasting.
  • Represent Domin as a thought leader at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

A strong track record in business development and sales, consistently exceeding ambitious targets. Experience in building new pipelines from scratch, with confidence in cold outreach and customer acquisition. Demonstrated ability to close deals with OEMs, distributors, and high‑value accounts. Commercial acumen and the ability to clearly communicate the benefits of advanced hydraulic technologies. Entrepreneurial spirit—resilient, competitive, and motivated by winning. Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot) and modern sales processes. Bristol‑based, or willing to relocate.

Beneficial Requirements:

  • Experience in international business development and managing global accounts.
  • Background in technology, industrial, or engineering sectors.
  • An engineering degree or technical understanding of hydraulics.
  • Experience in high‑growth or disruptive technology companies.
