Domestic Violence Assist is a specialist charity supporting victims of domestic abuse through urgent legal interventions, including Non-Molestation Orders and Occupation Orders. Our work is fast-paced, outcome-focused, and centered on securing immediate protection for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls from domestic abuse victims
  • Assess eligibility for Non-Molestation Orders and Occupation Orders
  • Gather clear and relevant information to progress cases
  • Request and manage supporting documents for legal aid applications
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records
  • Liaise with relevant agencies where required
  • Ensure all cases are progressed efficiently and within required timeframes
  • Work in line with safeguarding procedures and organisational protocols
