Residential Surveyor – Level 2 & Level 3 Surveys London / Essex | Remote | £50,000 basic + performance-related pay (£65,000 OTE)
Domestic Property Surveys Ltd is an established residential surveying practice with more than 15 years of trading experience. We’re looking for a qualified residential surveyor to carry out RICS Level 2 and Level 3 surveys across London and Essex.
The role
You’ll work remotely, attending inspections independently and producing clear, thorough reports for our clients. All of your inspections will be arranged for you by our experienced sales team, who know our service inside out. That leaves you free to concentrate on the surveying and reporting.

We’d expect the successful candidate to play a significant part in enhancing that reputation, through professional conduct on site, clear communication, and reports that clients genuinely value.
What we’re looking for
The ideal candidate will hold a minimum of AssocRICS and have around 2–3 years of experience as a residential surveyor. You’ll have a proven eye for detail and a thorough approach on site, along with strong report‑writing skills that turn your findings into clear, well-reasoned advice. You’ll be personable and professional, with a genuine commitment to looking after clients. A full UK driving licence is essential.
What we offer
We offer a basic salary of £50,000 plus a performance-related element, giving a target OTE of £65,000. You’ll have a steady flow of pre-booked work with no need to chase your own instructions, and the flexibility of a remote, home-based role with the backing of an established firm.
