As Propositions Manager, you'll lead the end-to-end design, development and launch of new propositions—ensuring they meet customer needs, deliver strong commercial results and remain fully compliant. You'll use insight to drive innovation, working cross-functionally to bring high-quality, well-governed propositions to market. You'll collaborate closely with senior stakeholders across Underwriting, Commercial Finance, Contact Centre, Legal, Compliance, Product, Data, Client Teams, Financial Promotions and Creative.
What You'll Do
- Proposition Design & Development: Develop and enhance propositions that deliver customer value, commercial results and regulatory alignment. Lead the full lifecycle from concept to approval, launch and review. Support the roadmap and drive customer‑journey improvements.
- Insight‑Led Development: Use market trends, competitor insight and customer data to identify opportunities. Leverage complaints and performance metrics to refine propositions. Keep propositions competitive and relevant.
- Go to Market & Distribution: Support distribution across Retail, Contact Centre and Digital channels. Work with Sales, Client and Product teams to ensure clear positioning. Contribute to client engagement and new business.
- Cross‑Functional Delivery: Partner with Operations and Product to deliver seamless customer and claims journeys. Collaborate with Underwriting, Finance, Legal, Compliance, MI and Creative to deliver compliant, high‑quality propositions. Facilitate workshops with internal teams and clients.
- Performance, Governance & Risk: Track performance against KPIs including customer value, commercial outcomes and service levels. Ensure propositions meet regulatory requirements and stay within risk appetite. Identify risks, issues and opportunities, driving timely action. Support governance processes and approval forums.
