Join our Talent & Leadership team and help shape the future culture of Domestic & General as we grow and expand internationally. We're looking for a Specialist with an organisational development background to support the delivery of our Talent, Leadership, Inclusivity, Engagement and Culture agenda. This is not a Talent Acquisition or Recruitment role; instead, you'll focus on developing internal talent, talent succession, leadership capability and high performing teams, and evolving our inclusive, high performing and customer focused culture.
Working closely with stakeholders at all levels, you will help design and deliver impactful talent, leadership and culture initiatives that support career growth, strengthen our entrepreneurial culture and drive business performance.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the delivery of D&G's talent strategy, including talent identification, succession planning, development planning and talent reporting.
- Acting as the Talent subject matter expert for Workday, ensuring effective management of talent processes and data.
- Coordinating and enhancing development programmes for key talent groups, including High Potential Talent and Early Careers.
- Supporting leadership development initiatives through design, delivery, evaluation and data-driven insights.
- Helping design and maintain leadership tools, resources and development content.
- Supporting employee engagement and listening activities, including the delivery of our Great Place to Work survey and analysis of organisational feedback.
- Coordinating and delivering the Everyday Inclusivity Journey programme, including Learning Circles, events, participant engagement and alumni networks.
- Using data and insights to identify trends, measure impact and support culture, inclusion and organisational development initiatives.
- Bringing external thinking and best practice in organisational development and change to inform our people practices.
What you’ll bring:
- A degree in Business Psychology, Organisational Development & Change, Human Resources or a related discipline.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Confidence working with data, systems and reporting tools, ideally including Workday.
- Curiosity, creativity and a desire to make a positive impact on colleague experience, team and organisational performance.
- Attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
