We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior External Campaign Manager to join our Strategy & Corporate Development Team. They will plan and execute external-facing campaigns that elevate brand visibility, support reputation management, and drive engagement across external channels. This role is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of strategic campaigns, including creative development, channel planning, stakeholder coordination, and performance tracking. It plays a key role in shaping public perception, supporting business growth, and aligning external messaging with brand strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement external campaign strategies aligned with brand and business goals.
  • Deliver campaigns from concept to execution, coordinating creative, media, PR, and digital teams.
  • Brief and manage agencies and suppliers to produce high-quality content and assets.
  • Localise messaging for different markets and audiences.
  • Define campaign objectives and KPIs; track performance and optimise based on insights.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all external communications.
  • Support crisis communications and reputation management when needed.
  • Align all campaigns to the broader brand and communications strategy.

Skills and experience required:

  • Proven experience in external communications, brand marketing, or integrated campaign management.
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation, messaging strategy, and multi-channel delivery.
  • Expertise in managing paid, earned, and owned media campaigns.
  • Skilled in storytelling, content creation, and creative briefing.
  • Comfortable navigating complex stakeholder environments and managing multiple concurrent projects.
  • Experience with campaign analytics, performance reporting, and optimisation.
