About The Role
At Domestic & General, we measure, test, and continuously improve customer outcomes. As an experienced and detailâoriented Outcome Tester, you will drive our commitment to quality and compliance by assessing customer interactions and providing dataâled insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct endâtoâend outcome testing for various customer interactions and journeys, scoring quality based on our framework.
- Produce clear, insightful reports for senior management, highlighting risks or nonâcompliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Identify and promptly escalate instances of customer detriment or process failure through proper channels.
- Provide meaningful, dataâled insight to support improved customer, regulatory, and commercial outcomes.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting processâoriented thinking, curiosity, and improved ways of working.
- Support change initiatives that impact the Product function, embedding improvements consistently and at scale.
Knowledge and Expertise
- Good understanding of regulatory requirements including FCA Consumer Outcomes, the FCA Handbook, and GDPR.
- Experience in quality assurance, compliance monitoring, or customer outcome testing (desirable).
- Ability to analyse data and present technical information in a clear, actionable format for senior stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage across teams.
- Solutionsâfocused mindset with the ability to manage priorities and deadlines in a fastâpaced environment.
- Demonstrates integrity, accountability, and a drive for continuous improvement.
