6‑Month FTC Hybrid Role from our Wimbledon Office

The Role
As our HR Shared Service Lead, you’ll have the opportunity to help shape how we deliver HR services worldwide. You’ll drive standardisation, automation, and continuous improvement—especially within Workday—and play a key role in transforming our HR operations into a unified, scalable global model. You’ll influence stakeholders, solve complex cases, and embed best‑practice processes that elevate the employee experience and strengthen our HR Shared Services function.
What You’ll Do
- Design, own, and optimise global/regional HR processes
- Partner with tech teams to deliver Workday enhancements and global HR projects
- Build knowledge resources, training, and capability‑building materials
- Track performance metrics and lead continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with global policies and legal requirements
- Drive adoption of standardised processes across regions
- Champion innovation and service excellence in HR operations
- Identify and implement automation opportunities
- Collaborate globally to align on best practices
- Mentor others and share expertise to build HR capability
About You

- Experience in Global HR Shared Services, with a record of delivering process improvements
- Strong Workday expertise, including building or enhancing automations
