We’re looking for a Senior Resource Planning Analyst to take ownership of forecasting, capacity planning, and strategic workforce insight across our multi‑channel operation. The Role
In this senior analytical role, you’ll lead the creation of accurate workload forecasts, build robust staffing models, and guide strategic conversations across the business. You’ll also be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our resource planning toolsets and ensuring that decision‑makers across the organisation have the insight they need to plan effectively.
- Demand Forecasting: Own the development and maintenance of multi‑channel demand forecasts, using historical trends and business intelligence to predict workload with accuracy.
- Capacity Modelling: Run and maintain monthly Erlang‑based models to produce precise FTE requirements aligned with forecasted demand.
- Stakeholder Presentation: Lead structured forecast review sessions with senior stakeholders, presenting assumptions, risks, and staffing recommendations with clarity and confidence.
- Variance Governance: Conduct in‑depth forecast‑vs‑actual analyses to identify behavioural or performance shifts requiring model recalibration.
- Strategic Reporting: Produce high‑level planning packs that outline recruitment needs, attrition trends, operational risks, and key workforce insights for senior management.
- Model Integrity: Safeguard the structure, accuracy, and version control of Excel‑based resource planning tools to ensure reliability and consistency.
