As our HR Shared Service Lead, you'll have the opportunity to help shape how we deliver HR services worldwide.

You'll drive standardisation, automation, and continuous improvement — especially within Workday — and play a key role in transforming our HR operations into a unified, scalable global model.

You'll influence stakeholders, solve complex cases, and embed best‑practice processes that elevate the employee experience and strengthen our HR Shared Services function.

What You'll Do

  • Design, own, and optimise global/regional HR processes
  • Partner with tech teams to deliver Workday enhancements and global HR projects
  • Build knowledge resources, training, and capability‑building materials
  • Track performance metrics and lead continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with global policies and legal requirements
  • Drive adoption of standardised processes across regions
  • Champion innovation and service excellence in HR operations
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities
  • Collaborate globally to align on best practices
  • Mentor others and share expertise to build HR capability

Qualifications

  • Experience in Global HR Shared Services, with a record of delivering process improvements
  • Strong Workday expertise, including building or enhancing automations
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Confidence working autonomously in a fast‑moving, evolving environment
