A Bit About The Job
The Digital Workspace Specialist works within the Digital Workspace team, which is accountable for the full application lifecycle from deployment and configuration through to updates, patching and retirement, ensuring that applications remain secure, compliant, performant, and aligned with business needs. It combines service reliability with a user-centred design with a clear focus on incident resolution, proactive problem management, and continuous improvement in application usability and adoption.
Skills And Experience We’re Looking For
- High level of skill with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) and Windows Autopilot
- Proficient in PowerShell scripting for automation of complex tasks
- Hands-on experience in application packaging and deployment
- Expertise in managing SCCM within hybrid environments
- Familiarity with Azure Virtual Machine lifecycle management and template creation
- Working knowledge of Citrix VDA and Ivanti tools
- Foundational understanding of JAMF for macOS management (desirable)
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration (Teams, Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint)
- Awareness of advanced security tools such as Rapid7, Zscaler, Airlock and CrowdStrike
- Understanding of the ITIL Framework
