Customer Support Advisor – Service Excellence (Remote)

Remote position with Domestic & General, a leading manufacturer and retail partner, supporting around 9 million customers worldwide. The role offers a flexible onboarding program and a balanced work life.

Location: Remote

Start Date: Monday 17th November

What will you be doing?

As a Customer Support Advisor in our busy inbound Service Excellence department, you will deliver an excellent customer experience, resolving issues on the first contact and ensuring customers feel heard and valued.

  • Use your expert knowledge and communication skills to resolve a wide range of customer issues and queries.
  • Aim to address customers’ queries or problems immediately.
  • Build rapport with customers, understand their individual needs and prioritize their interests.

What Else To Expect

  • 3‑week remote training programme covering our systems, service techniques and what makes a great customer experience.
  • Shift pattern from Monday to Sunday, 8 am–8 pm.
  • Home office equipment provided; broadband access required.
  • Extensive training and support with strong career progression across many areas such as HR, Tech, Finance, and Marketing.
