Salary and Contract
Start: Monday, 6th of July.
Salary: £25,506 per year plus on‑target earnings (OTE) of £8,400 per annum.
Contract: Permanent, full‑time, 37.5 hours per week with rotating weekly shift pattern.
Location: Nottingham (Hybrid & Remote options available).
About the role
As a Retentions Advisor you will work at the heart of our customer experience, helping customers rediscover the value of staying with us. You will engage in high‑volume calls via our telephony system, assist customers with personalised solutions, and work toward clear retention targets while ensuring every interaction meets FCA standards.

Shift Pattern
Your shift patterns will rotate on a 6‑week rota between our core opening hours of 8 am and 8 pm (Monday‑Saturday). You will work 37.5 hours per week and have two 15‑minute breaks and a full hour for lunch.
