How will you contribute?
As a remote outbound sales advisor in our virtual contact centre, you will help customers safeguard their valuable household electrical items through our insurance cover protection options. You will provide the features and benefits of our protection plans to customers and address any questions or concerns, focusing on the best outcome for each interaction.
It is a remote role with supportive teamwork, professional growth, and rewarding impact on customer lives.
Shift pattern
- Mon‑Thurs 10:30‑7pm
- Fri 9‑5:30pm
- 2 × 15‑min breaks and 30‑min lunch break
