We’re currently recruiting Customer Sales Advisors for our Sky Outbound department—a role that offers a great work-life balance, a fun environment, and excellent employee benefits.
The role you’ll do:
- Be an ambassador for the market-leading Sky brand
- Make warm outbound sales calls to Sky customers to sell our protection plans
- Use your communication skills and product knowledge to share benefits
- Build rapport with customers and understand their needs
- Help each customer find the right solution for them
Don’t worry, we’ll help you find your feet with a three-week training program where you’ll learn our systems, meet colleagues, hone your sales techniques, and enjoy engaging with our customers.
What we offer:
- A highly competitive basic salary of £24,500
- Average bonus earnings of £7,000 per year, based on sales performance, customer service, and call quality
- Opportunities to earn higher rates and additional bonuses based on performance
What we need from you:
- A solid background in targeted sales
- Experience working independently or remotely is preferred
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to build relationships and listen to customers
- A team player dedicated to delivering excellent customer service
- Calm, composed, and able to multitask efficiently
Additional information:
- This is a remote role; we’ll provide equipment, and broadband access is required
- If near an office, you can choose to work from there occasionally
- Work a flexible 37.5-hour shift within specified hours, alternating bi-weekly schedules
