We’re excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a skilled HRMS systems analyst to join our HR Business Partnering & People Insights team on a 6 month, fixed-term contract. As Workday People and Reporting Analyst, you will develop our reporting capability within Workday, developing automated reports that track essential people data and populate dashboards and reports used across the business. In addition, you will support the production of monthly reports and dashboards used by our HRLT and D&G Leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:- Use Workday Report Writer to develop our capability for reporting People data out of Workday.
- Production of Monthly People Insights Report for HRLT / DGLG.
- Design, develop and maintain a suite of MI dashboards for all HR functions enabling a self-service culture within the People Division.
- Provide insight into the effectiveness of current and future processes & interventions (including HRLT, Operations Leadership, L&D, Planning, Employee Relations, Talent Development).
- Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with key stakeholders in other functions.
- High level of Workday skills, including expertise with Workday Report Writer.
- Good understanding of people data - i.e. headcount, attrition, DEI, performance.
- Analytically minded – capable of understanding and interpreting data for stakeholder output to drive decisions.
- Proven skills in data extraction, manipulation and visualisation using tools such as SQL, Excel, Power BI and Tableau.
- Experience working in a large business with global reach.
