As a remote outbound sales advisor in our virtual contact centre, you will play a pivotal role within the business as you help customers safeguard their valuable household electrical items, through our insurance cover protection options. You will provide the features and benefits of our protection plans to customers, whilst also addressing any questions or concerns that customers may have. You will focus on ensuring the very best outcome for customers during each interaction.
It's a remote role working from home, but you’re not alone. Shift pattern: Mon-Thurs 10:30-7pm, Fri - 9-5:30pm, 2 x 15min breaks and 30min lunch break.
