We're excited to announce that we're looking for an FP&A Specialist to join our Group Finance team. In this role, you'll support budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting across the business, providing the insight and analysis that helps leaders make informed decisions. You'll work with stakeholders across Finance and the wider organisation to identify trends, challenge performance and support strategic planning. Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the delivery of budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning activities across the Group
  • Turn financial data into meaningful analysis, insight and recommendations for stakeholders
  • Produce high-quality management reporting that highlights key trends, risks and opportunities
  • Lead performance analysis, providing clear commentary on results against budget and forecast
  • Develop and enhance financial models, reporting tools and planning processes
  • Deliver scenario modelling and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
  • Partner with Finance teams and business stakeholders to improve financial understanding and performance
  • Help maintain accurate, consistent and reliable financial data across planning and reporting activities
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that drive efficiency and enhance reporting capability
  • Support the preparation of Executive and Board-level reporting materials
What You'll Bring:
  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) or relevant professional experience
  • Experience within FP&A, commercial finance, management reporting or financial analysis
  • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills with advanced Excel capability
  • Experience working with financial planning, reporting or forecasting systems
  • Ability to translate complex financial information into clear and actionable insight
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
