Financial Promotions Officer Permanent Position Hybrid Role from our Wimbledon Office Domestic & General is growing fast across 12 countries, protecting the appliances that keep households running and cutting waste by extending product life.

The Role This is a great opportunity for someone with strong regulatory expertise and a customer-first mindset to help ensure our customer communications are clear, compliant and effective.
You'll review and approve a broad range of customer-facing content across digital and print channels, partnering with internal teams and external clients.
This is a highly visible role where you'll help shape customer communications and influence good customer outcomes across the business.
Key responsibilities
- Review and approve customer communications and financial promotions.
- Ensure communications are compliant, clear and customer-focused.
- Provide guidance to stakeholders and clients to support a right-first-time approach.
- Support the development of policies, procedures and governance standards.
- Produce and monitor management information and reporting.
- Maintain accurate records and effective controls.
- Monitor regulatory developments and provide practical guidance.
- Partner with Product, Digital, Creative and Client teams.
- Support the development of customer terms and conditions.
About You
You’ll bring strong regulatory knowledge, excellent attention to detail and the confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
We're looking for someone who can balance regulatory requirements with commercial objectives, while building strong relationships and delivering practical solutions.
You'll ideally have
- Experience reviewing, approving or advising on financial promotions and customer communications.
- Strong knowledge of the rules and regulations governing financial promotions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to interpret complex regulations and apply them pragmatically.
- A customer-focused approach and commitment to delivering good customer outcomes.
- Experience working across multiple teams and positively influencing stakeholders.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience using management information to drive insight and continuous improvement.
- Experience working with clients and business stakeholders.
- Degree-level education or equivalent experience.
