Domestic Angels Southampton East has established itself as a customer favourite and go-to in the last year. We are expanding the business to provide terrific service to more wonderful clients - are you the exceptional Angel we are looking for?
Our new Angel has a keen eye for detail and enjoys making living environments clean, sanitised and look welcoming. A genuine person who has a helping hand and a friendly face. Experience in cleaning is desirable. Driver's licence is essential. We are offering 4 hours weekly. If you're the best, you'll build to 16 hours weekly.
The successful candidate will be required to undergo a basic DBS check before employment begins. A criminal record will not necessarily prevent you from working with us. We assess each application fairly and in line with our commitment to safeguarding and equality.
Your Responsibilities:
- Show exceptional customer care every clean.
- Be courteous and prompt.
- Take pride in the thorough cleaning of designated areas.
- Ensure all surfaces are dusted, vacuumed, mopped, washed and sanitised.
- Handle waste disposal and recycling as shown in training.
- Carefully use and store cleaning materials.
- Report maintenance issues & safety hazards promptly.
- Help with additional tasks (defined in training) as needed (e.g. ironing).
Qualifications:
- Previous experience of providing quality cleans preferred.
- Highly detail-oriented.
- Consistent.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Prioritises tasks.
- Flexibility.
Pay: £13.00 per hour. Workplace pension subject to eligibility.
