Due to continued growth, we're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Mould Remediation division. This is a leadership role responsible for managing a team of operatives delivering mould treatment and remediation works across social housing properties throughout the North West.
We're not necessarily looking for someone with a mould background. We're looking for an operational leader who understands how to manage people, drive performance, maintain quality standards, and deliver excellent customer service.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
- Leading and developing a team of field based operatives
- Driving productivity, quality and KPI performance
- Conducting on site quality inspections and off site performance reviews
- Managing complaints and implementing corrective actions
- Supporting contract delivery across multiple social housing clients
- Building a positive, accountable and high performing team culture
- Weekly reporting of metrics to senior leadership
