Training Course Designer / Developer
to join our specialist team.

luxury automotive and luxury retail sectors

About the role

We are seeking a highly capable learning professional who can design and develop engaging, premium-quality training programmes aligned to the
Inform – Activity – Engage
learning model. You will play a key role in shaping learning experiences that influence behaviours, elevate performance, and reflect the standards expected within luxury environments.

What we\’re looking for

Ideally, you will bring:

• Proven experience designing training programmes within the luxury automotive sector
• (or demonstrable experience within luxury retail environments)
• Strong capability in instructional design, with a focus on:
• Interactive learning activities
• Role plays and facilitated exercises
• Scenario-based and behavioural learning
• A clear understanding of adult learning principles and how to translate them into practical, engaging content
• An eye for quality, detail, and brand alignment, with the confidence to operate at senior and international levels
