We are seeking a full-time, on-site Bioanalytical Scientist to join our team in Pampisford. In this role, you will design, develop, and execute bioanalytical assays to support drug discovery projects. You will analyze and interpret experimental data, optimize workflows, and contribute to the establishment of best practices in bioanalytical methodologies. The role also involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver project milestones efficiently, preparing technical reports, and presenting findings to both internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Practical experience in developing and validating bioanalytical methods, including LC-MS/MS and other chromatographic techniques.
- Strong skills in data analysis, interpretation of results, and preparation of comprehensive reports.
- Understanding of assay development, optimization, and troubleshooting in a regulated laboratory environment.
- Knowledge of drug metabolism and pharmacokinetic (DMPK) principles, including ADME profiling.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and team collaboration abilities.
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, or a related scientific discipline.
- Prior experience in a drug discovery or contract research organization is highly desirable.
