We're looking for a CRM Specialist to help execute and grow lifecycle marketing programs for Domaine's clients.
This is a hands-on role at the intersection of strategy, creative, and execution.
You'll work alongside CRM Strategists to bring lifecycle programs to life across email, SMS, push, and in-app messaging, owning everything from campaign briefs and segmentation to platform execution, QA, reporting, and optimization.
We're looking for someone who understands both the details and the bigger picture.
You should be comfortable building campaigns and flows inside platforms like Klaviyo, analyzing performance to uncover opportunities, managing multiple client priorities, and collaborating with strategists, creatives, developers, and clients to keep work moving.
The right person is highly organized, curious, and excited about finding new ways to drive engagement, retention, and revenue throughout the customer lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Co-manage clients alongside CRM Team Strategists, managing and setting the pace for all day to day operations of lifecycle marketing.
- Email brief production, copywriting and design instruction for emails, SMS, MMS, Push notifications, and In-App Messaging.
- Campaign project management & production timeline coordination between client(s), designer(s), coder(s), and strategist(s) to ensure asset completion is executed to proper specifications.
- Execute email sends, including building advanced segments, QA, scheduling and deploying email and SMS sends in conjunction with content calendar
- Flow logic setup, testing & timing optimization, ensuring communications are running properly.
- Client communication & coordination; create, schedule, and conduct meetings, as required.
- Create monthly reporting, supporting the client team Strategist, analyzing campaign & creative performance and communicating insights internally and to client teams
- Stay up to date on lifecycle best practices, industry happenings and international compliance; ensure ongoing platform enablement of new ESP features and functionality.
- Participate in campaigns and initiatives for new client acquisition, including list growth strategies, sign up form creation and other omni-channel tactics to support email & SMS sign ups
- Other duties, responsibilities, and qualifications may be required and/or assigned as necessary.
Qualifications
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- 3+ years of experience in email + SMS marketing production, with at least 1 year in an agency setting
- Familiarity with with HTML/CSS Required
- Hands on keyboards experience working with a variety of platforms (Klaviyo, SFMC, Iterable, Braze, Attentive, Postscript, etc.,) a plus
- Experience with e Commerce/ Retail brands and platforms, and the relevant ecosystem tech stack for email + SMS
- Proven track record of exceptional performance in building lifecycle marketing revenue
- Mobile App, Mobile Push, Web Push, In-App Messaging experience a plus
- Highly process oriented, with the ability to project manage competing priorities in a disciplined manner while openly communicating with multiple stakeholders
- Strong writing experience coupled with a drive to constantly improve your ability to connect through the written word
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
