Sales Associate

Home\’N Tools Dominica is looking for a flexible Sales Associate who thrives in a busy retail setting. From assisting customers to stocking shelves and supporting warehouse tasks, this full-time role offers dynamic responsibilities and real growth in a hardware and DIY environment.

Responsibilities

1. Assist customers with product selection and inquiries
2. Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
3. Restock shelves and maintain clean, organized displays
4. Support inventory receiving and backroom organization
5. Participate in daily store maintenance and merchandising
6. Guide customers through tool, garden, and home improvement sections
7. Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth store operations
8. Alert supervisors to low stock or customer feedback

Experience and Qualifications

1. Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred
2. Knowledge of tools, hardware, or gardening is a strong asset
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
4. Ability to multitask across departments and adapt to changing priorities
5. Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
6. Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads
7. Willingness to learn and take initiative on the sales floor
8. Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
